TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to No Drama Chairs. By utilizing our online reservation system and booking our equipment, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following operational terms and conditions.


1. INVENTORY AVAILABILITY & BOOKINGS

All rental products, including folding chairs, banquet tables, and cocktail tables, are subject to real-time availability. Submission of a request via our website does not constitute a guaranteed reservation.

A booking is only finalized and guaranteed once full payment or an agreed-upon security deposit has been processed and a formal confirmation receipt is issued by our system.

2. EQUIPMENT CARE & DAMAGE LIABILITY

The customer assumes full responsibility and custody of all rented items from the exact moment of delivery drop-off until the items are successfully retrieved during our scheduled pick-up window.

  • Customers must provide reasonable care, shelter, and security for all equipment to prevent weather damage or theft.
  • Any rented items that are returned lost, stolen, permanently damaged, or excessively soiled (beyond standard outdoor event use) will result in automatic replacement or heavy maintenance fees billed directly to the customer's payment method on file.

3. DELIVERY & PICKUP LOGISTICS

Delivery and pickup arrival times are carefully scheduled based on geographical availability, regional fulfillment demands, and optimized route planning across the Twin Cities area.

  • While we work to accommodate specific window preferences, we reserve the right to shift drop-off and pickup intervals based on routing logistics.
  • Customers must ensure a clear, safe, and accessible pathway is available for our delivery personnel. Failure to provide proper access or gate codes at the scheduled time may result in delivery delays or additional handling surcharges.

4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Because items are reserved exclusively for your date, preventing other parties from renting them, modifications or cancellations must be requested within our required notification windows. Cancellations made outside of these acceptable windows may forfeit deposits or incur partial restock charges to balance logistics overhead.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Drama Chairs shall not be held liable for any personal injuries, structural property damage, or unexpected event disruptions resulting from the setup, placement, misalignment, or use of our rented tables and chairs. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our logistics business regarding all property actions during the rental period.
