REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

Clear terms for a smooth experience.

1. CANCELLATION WINDOW

We understand that event plans change. To manage our inventory and logistics, the following timelines apply to all bookings:

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 100% refund of the rental fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your delivery time are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This covers the non-recoverable costs associated with load preparation, labor, and logistics scheduling.

2. FULFILLED RENTALS

Once our delivery team has successfully dropped off your order at the designated location, the service is considered fully fulfilled. No refunds will be issued once the equipment has been placed on-site, regardless of weather conditions or event outcomes.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

4. MODIFICATION REQUESTS

Need to adjust your date or quantity instead of canceling? We prefer to accommodate rather than cancel. Please email us as early as possible so we can check inventory availability and shift your reservation without drama.
